The Field Marshall will be identified by wearing an armband and is responsible for supporting our younger “mini referees,” monitoring sideline behaviour, and addressing any inappropriate conduct from spectators to help ensure a safe, respectful atmosphere for everyone involved.

Volunteers: Our programs continue to grow, and so does the need for support! If you’d like to help in any capacity, please contact us at omscpresident@gmail.com
Field Marshalls for U9 Super Mustangs & U11 Teams - Required by Big Country Soccer Association:
This year, Field Marshalls will be required at the U9 Super Mustangs and the U11 team games to help ensure a positive and safe environment for players, coaches, and spectators. Field Marshalls will assist in maintaining sideline behaviour, supporting referees (as they are typically of younger age - known as trained “Mini Refs”), and addressing any concerns that arise during the match. Each team will be responsible for providing a volunteer for this role on a rotating basis. More details on responsibilities and expectations will be shared when we receive information from Big Country, and as we approach the season.
Team Managers Required - U11 to U19 Teams:
Team Managers will be required for all U11 to U19 teams this season. This parent volunteer role is essential in supporting coaches by coordinating minor team logistics, schedule changes, and ensuring clear communication between the team, coaches, and parents. Team Managers will simply help to keep the team organized! If you are interested in volunteering for this role, please email the club for more information or reach out to your team's coach when assigned.

We’re excited to kick off the 2025 soccer season and anticipate beginning the week of April 21st with our first practices.
